By accessing or using the JTutors website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
JTutors operates an online marketplace that connects students and parents with qualified tutors for Judaic and general studies. We facilitate connections but are not a school or educational institution.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if under 18.
While JTutors conducts background checks and reviews tutor qualifications, we do not guarantee the quality of any tutoring session. Parents and students are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when selecting a tutor.
Tutoring rates are set by individual tutors and are clearly displayed on their profiles. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are agreed upon between the parent/student and the tutor. JTutors may charge a platform fee for facilitating connections.
Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, harass tutors or other users, post false information, or circumvent the platform to arrange tutoring outside of JTutors without permission.
JTutors is not liable for any disputes between tutors and students/parents. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
